How do I restore Remove Ads on a new device or after reinstalling?
Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to buy it. In the game, tap the gear button at the top of the home screen to open Settings, then tap Restore Purchases.
What does Remove Ads remove?
It removes banner ads and the ads shown between levels. Optional reward videos (for example, to double a bonus reward) stay available, and you only watch them if you choose to.
I paid for coins but did not receive them.
Close the game completely and open it again. The game checks for unfinished purchases when it starts and delivers anything that is missing. If the coins still do not arrive, write to us with the date of the purchase and the order ID from your Apple receipt email.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. See Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple. If Remove Ads is refunded, ads return the next time the game starts.
Where is my progress saved? Can I move it to another device?
Your progress is saved only on your device. The game has no account or cloud save, so progress cannot be moved to another device, and deleting the game deletes your progress. Purchases of Remove Ads can always be restored (see above).
How do I change the language?
Open Settings from the gear button on the home screen and tap Language. The puzzles switch to the language you choose, and your progress stays.
How do I change ad tracking or my privacy choices?
Whether the game may use your advertising identifier is controlled by iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. If you are in a region where consent is required (such as the UK, Switzerland or the European Economic Area), you can also change your choices under Settings › Privacy Choices in the game. A word I know was not accepted.
Each language uses its own dictionary, and some rare, offensive or very specialized words are left out on purpose. If you think a common word is missing, write to us with the word, the language and the level number.
